Reporting a Repair
If you need to report a repair you can do this in the following ways.
- Call into the office Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm Friday 9am- 4.30pm.
- Ring us on 0161 773 5219
- Email on info@pnwha.org.uk
- Fill in our web form, at the bottom of this page, or on our contact page.
- If you have an emergency out of hours such as a flood or your property is insecure, please ring 0151 343 2765
Problem With A Neighbour
If you are having a problem with a neighbour, we will investigate your report and take action to bring the matter to a satisfactory solution. This usually involves us speaking with your neighbour and pointing out the impact that their behaviour is having on others. We will always be discreet, seek to escalate the situation when ever possible. We have recently signed up to a digital app to help you record incidents and report them to the office securely over the internet. Problem Paying Your Rent
If you have any difficulties paying you rent it is important that you speak to us as soon as possible. We can offer advice and assistance, make referrals to money advisors and make re-payment agreements that are affordable. The sooner you speak to us, the sooner we can help!
